By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the Platform on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

- Approved lenders and funding providers
You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm the Platform or other users.
4. Our Role
We act as an independent commercial finance broker, introducing UK businesses to a panel of commercial lenders.
We are not a lender and are not tied to any particular lender.
We facilitate introductions to commercial (non-consumer) finance providers. We do not provide regulated financial advice and are not a party to any funding agreement.
We may receive commission or other remuneration from lenders in connection with introductions or completed transactions.
5. Platform Services
The Platform may:
- Analyse submitted business and debtor data
- Generate indicative funding outputs
- Match businesses with potential lenders
- Provide facility estimates and pricing illustrations
- Facilitate introductions and progression with lenders
All services are provided on a technology and information basis only.
6. Indicative Outputs Only
All outputs on the Platform are indicative only, including:
- Funding available
- Facility size estimates
- Pricing illustrations
- Eligibility indicators
- Lender matches
These outputs:
- Are based on user-submitted data, third-party data, and lender criteria
- Use automated processes and assumptions
- Do not constitute binding offers
Final terms are subject to lender underwriting, due diligence, and approval.
7. No Advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, legal, tax or other professional advice.
You are responsible for determining whether any funding solution is suitable for your business.
8. Account Registration and Security
Where accounts are required:
- You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information
- You must keep login details secure
You are responsible for activity carried out using your account unless you notify us of unauthorised use.
9. Your Responsibilities
You must ensure all information you provide is accurate, complete and lawful, including:
- Business details
- Financial data
- Debtor information
- Aged debtor reports
- Director and company information
You must have the right to provide and share this data.
Inaccurate or misleading information may result in:
- Incorrect outputs
- Withdrawal of lender interest
- Suspension or termination of access
10. Third-Party Data and Integrations
The Platform may rely on third-party data and integrations, including:
- Public registries (e.g. Companies House)
- Credit reference agencies
- Accounting platforms
- Open banking or financial data providers
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of third-party data or systems.
11. Lender Engagement
Lenders:
- Set their own criteria, pricing and underwriting requirements
- Make independent decisions
We are not a party to any funding agreement.
The appearance of a lender or product does not guarantee funding.
12. Fees
Some features of the Platform may be free.
Where fees apply:
- They will be clearly disclosed before commitment
- Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of VAT
13. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to manipulate outputs or lender matching
- Interfere with platform security or performance
- Use the Platform unlawfully
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including where:
- These Terms are breached
- Fraud, misuse or unlawful activity is suspected
- AML/KYC, sanctions or security concerns arise
- Platform integrity is at risk
You may stop using the Platform at any time.
15. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform are owned by or licensed to Factor Now Ltd.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
16. Availability and Changes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may:
- Modify or update the Platform
- Suspend features
- Perform maintenance
17. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- Loss of profit

- Reliance on indicative outputs
- Lender decisions
- Third-party data issues
Our total liability is limited to the greater of:
- Fees paid by you in the previous 12 months; or
- £500
